SendQuickASP:
SenderID Registration for sendQuickASP Service
(Singapore Numbers only)
SenderID is the name that appears in the SMS from field, when the recipient receive the SMS. The term SenderID is the same as CallerID that was used in our API. We are using SenderID and CallerID interchangeably and they mean the same item.
There is no impact if the messages are sent with the registered SenderID in sendQuickASP. Messages will be sent as usual. As we will register all SenderID used between 1 Mar – 30 April, there is no impact as long as the messages use the same SenderID. This registration exercise is for sending to Singapore Numbers only.
The SenderID is registered to your account and messages not using the same SenderID will not be sent. In sendQuickASP, all customers are only allowed to send messages belonging to their own SenderID.
No, as we will fully implement it at the backend and register all the SenderID used. There is no change nor effort required from any customer.
Yes, you can have a new SenderID anytime. You just need to have your authorise person to contact us, or fill in an online form or contact your account manager. We will register your SenderID and you can use the new SenderID to send your messages.
While we try to approve all SenderID, but if we find some SenderID’s are inappropriate or does not relate to your company, we may encourage you to change to reflect your business or project name. Example of generic Sender IDs are like Sales, Reminder, OTP, SMSOTP, and other generic words will not be approved.
No, this is an effort by TalariaX to protect all sendQuickASP customers. This only work within sendQuickASP users and does not apply outside of this system. National registry is a separate and independent application and registration.
No, this is completely free and implemented by TalariaX for all sendQuickASP customers.
Currently, we are allowing each account to have up to five (5) SenderIDs. More SenderID is allowed on application and approval basis.
Each SenderID must follow the following guidelines:
– Up to a maximum of 11 characters, including space Case sensitive.
– Eg. TALARIAX and TalariaX are two different SenderIDs.
– Presence of space will differentiate the senderID. Eg. TALARIAX and TALARIA X are two different SenderIDs
– Example of generic Sender IDs are like Sales, Reminder, OTP, SMSOTP, and other generic words will not be approved.
The Singapore SMS Registry is operated by SGNIC. You can contact them for more information at smsregistry@sgnic.sg.
